Orders
An order is confirmed once payment clears and you receive an email confirmation. Engraved and personalized pieces enter production immediately and cannot be changed once started.
Pricing
All prices are in Philippine pesos and include applicable taxes. Shipping is calculated at checkout and is free on orders over ₱3,000.
Handmade variation
Each piece is assembled by hand. Minor variation in bead tone, patina and finish is expected and is not considered a defect.
Returns
Unworn, non-engraved pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging. Engraved items are final sale unless faulty.
Repairs
We offer lifetime restringing on Rosayo rosaries for the cost of return shipping. Damage from misuse may incur a materials charge.
