What we collect
We collect the details you give us when you place an order or write to us: name, email, phone number, shipping address, engraving text and order history. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
How we use it
To produce and deliver your order, to answer your messages, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional workshop updates. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the services required to fulfil your order: our courier partner, our payment processor and our email provider. Each receives the minimum information needed. If you allow advertising cookies, we also share visit information with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook) as described under Cookies below.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to correct or delete your information by writing to hello@rosayo.com.
Cookies and advertising
We use essential cookies to keep your bag and session working. We also use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure which pages are visited and to show Rosayo ads on Facebook and Instagram. When it runs, Meta receives the pages you view, device and browser information, and the referring site, and may use this for measuring visits and ad optimisation. For visitors from the Philippines the pixel runs without asking first, and you can opt out at any time via Cookie settings in the footer — your latest choice always applies. Visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked before it loads, and rejecting is just as easy as allowing.
